Kinsale 7s Festival
The Heineken Kinsale Rugby 7s Festival is one of Europe's premier rugby 7's events which runs in Snugmore every May Bank Holiday Weekend. The event has been running for over 30 years, is run by club volunteers and is the clubs main fundraising event. Next year's event takes place on 5th and 6th May and we need your help! Heineken Kinsale 7s 2021 Cancelled
The Heineken Kinsale sevens committee and Kinsale rugby club have been watching the developing situation with Covid-19 World-wide and feel unfortunately it would not be advisable to stage the rugby sevens on the May bank holiday weekend 2021, with current restrictions, as well as attracting to many players and visitors from Ireland and aboard to the Kinsale area.
We will start making plans for next year, 2022, and would like to thank our sponsors and supporters. We look forward to seeing everyone May Bank Holiday weekend 2022.
